TRG helped Dave’s Killer Bread grow to be the number one organic bread in the country, despite being vastly outspent by our two closest category competitors. Knowing we couldn’t compete on their level, we chose not to. Instead, we broke most typical rules of category engagement by spending time and effort on outdoor, building graphics, and digital, with work that celebrated the founder’s iconic, rebellious attitude. As a result, we increased Dave’s brand awareness by double digits – and the bread is on track to nearly double in sales over the next five years.
