Over the course of eight years, Suddenlink experienced significant earnings for a record 20 consecutive quarters and was the only multiple system operator who grew customer relationships for five consecutive years. In our last year together, Suddenlink’s revenue-generating units grew to 3.41 million, and average revenue per unit was up 9.3%. The brand’s net promoter score more than doubled from 23 to an industry-leading 48.
