Cardinal Health has been supplying healthcare providers with a vast array of products and services for most of the last century. It’s a massive organization – over $103 billion in sales and 46,500 employees around the world – and much of its growth has been driven by acquisition. By 2015, their rapid growth meant they desperately needed a unified brand purpose for their employees, customers, and investors. So they engaged TRG. In interviewing industry leaders across the healthcare spectrum, we quickly learned that these leaders, despite their expertise, craved guidance and direction. They were desperate for support from someone experienced enough, with vision enough, to rise above the daily fray and navigate the headwinds of change. They wanted wings.
